Once the respondents are active in the project, there are a number of tools Moderators can use to interact with the respondents.

Commenting / Probing
The Comments section on each upload allows Moderators to probe responses and engage with respondents in real-time.
To add a comment Moderators simply need to type a comment / question in the Comment field and hit enter on the keyboard to send that comment to the Respondent.
Respondents who allow push notifications will immediately get a notification in the Indeemo app.
Respondents who dis-allow push notifications will receive their notifications via email.
If a respondent replies, the Moderator will also be notified; this is visible in the 'Comments' section of the Notification centre/ Bell icon on the top right of the Dashboard.

Moderator Notifications
The Moderators Notification centre is the Bell icon on the top right of the Dashboard.
There are 2 types of notifications:
1) Responses: This is when new responses have been uploaded to the project
2) Comments: This is where you will be notified when a Respondent replies to a Moderator’s comment. Only moderators who have commented on a particular response will be notified when a Respondent replies.
