Moderators can add researcher notes for each entry by using the 'Notes' section on each upload. 


Only Moderators can see the Notes section.

Notes can be used to:

  • Copy/ paste interesting elements from Respondents transcripts
  • Inserting translations of the transcripts
  • Writing observations


Depending on your preference, you can use this feature from the Board view or the Timeline view.


1. Click on the 'Notes' button in the card or click directly on the response and the 'Note' tab is accessible at the top right of the card

2. Click on 'Add Notes' and type in your content

3. When it’s done, click on 'Save'


IMPORTANT! At the moment, there is no 'Note' filter so if you are using this feature, we suggest creating a 'Note' tag and assigning this to any uploads you have applied a Note to. Please find more on Tags here: Tagging Responses
