This guide provides instructions for adding respondents to your Indeemo project and inviting them to participate, based on the recruitment method you're using.

Follow these steps to add respondents' emails to your project and notify them to register with Indeemo.
Step 1: Add Respondents’ Email Addresses
Go to the Respondents view and filter to your project.
- Locate the relevant target group and click Add Respondents.
- Enter respondents' email addresses:
- Type or paste them into the input field.
- Ensure each email address is on a separate line.
- Click Add to save the emails to the target group.
- No automatic invitations will be sent.
- Respondents will appear with the Not Registered status.
Step 2: Invite Respondents to Register
Indeemo does not automatically invite your Respondents.
- Access the invitation email template:
- In the Respondents view, click Respondent Email Template
- Choose the preferred language and click Copy text to Clipboard.
- Use your own email to:
- Personalize the template,
- Send the email to each of your respondents (we recommend 1–2 days before fieldwork starts).
