What is a 'Recruit'?

A Recruit is the Indeemo term for a Screener - it includes adding internal as well as respondent facing details, determining your audience (criteria that will be matched against respondent profiles, to determine which respondents should be able to view and complete your screener), a series of screener questions, and lastly a summary of the Recruit.

This guide will support you in creating your recruit and publishing it, as well as editing a live Recruit should you need to loosen or tighten your initial screener requirements.

You can create a Recruit to recruit for your entire Indeemo project, or you can create a Recruit for each Target Group/ Segment you plan to recruit for.

We recommend to start recruiting 1 - 2 days before you want to begin fieldwork and recommend waiting to invite all respondents until you have recruited the total number you need.

For a more niche recruit, it can take up to 1 week.

IMPORTANT! Before you begin, we recommend taking into consideration any splits you require in your recruit.

For example, if you need 50% of respondents to work from home and 50% to work in an office, it would be best to create 2 separate recruits to capture these.
