Journey Map
Once respondents have uploaded to the project, assigning ratings when completing a Task for which this feature has been enables, this creates a Journey Map for each respondent.
This is a visual representation of the journey a Respondent takes with respect to your research project. This Journey Map creates a moment by moment, touchpoint by touchpoint graph of the highs and lows of the Respondent’s experience.
Each node of the graph represents an individual moment or experience in the entire journey and the rating quantifies the Respondent’s feeling or experience based on the 5 point scale you defined for this project.
Tags & Notes
You can add tags and notes directly on each respondents journey map.

Configure Journey Maps
When you want to present the Journey Maps and exclude the Tags and Notes, you can:
1. Click on 'Configure Journey Map' on the top right
2. Remove the 'Tags' and 'Notes' and click on 'Save'
3. This will remove these fields and allow you to download on 'clean' version of the journey map
Downloading the Journey Maps
There is a Download button at the top right or each journey map. This gives you 2 options:
- Single image file: This downloads 1 image file and is useful for analysis and embedding in reports/ presentations
- Multiple image files (.zip file): For higher resolution, this would download the journey map as multiple image files.
Experience Graph
Once respondents have uploaded to the project, assigning ratings when completing a Task for which this feature has been enables, the Experience Graph shows the average, aggregate or collective view of respondents experiences on a Target Group level.
You can export the Experience Graphs by clicking on the 'Export Image' button on the top right of each graph.
Rating filter
This will allow you to filter to see which uploads have been applied with a selected rating.
You can filter in any view on the dashboard.
