In addition to using Indeemo’s app for in-the-moment research, you can import Interviews directly into the Indeemo Dashboard.
Interviews can be uploaded from MS Teams, Zoom or your Computer.
The dashboard will accept .mp4, .mov, .mp3, .aiff, .flac, .m4a, .acc and .ac3 files up to a maximum size of 2GB.
This means that there are 2 types of Indeemo projects:
1. In-The-Moment/ Indeemo App project
This is your 'traditional' Indeemo Project; your respondents log into the Indeemo App and complete tasks defined by you.
With Video Import, it is now possible to also Import interviews/videos such as IDIs, to an existing respondent's profile.
This means you can analyse their Indeemo App uploads alongside their Interview.
2. Video Import Project
A Video Import Project serves as a repository for your Interviews/ videos, for transcription and analysis.
In this case, the Indeemo App is not used by respondents.
Video Import is an upgrade option available for all users. Please contact support@indeemo.com or your Customer Success Representative to learn more about how to enable this option.
